We will do some compassion-mindfulness work and use the EMDR group resourcing protocol to help strengthen inner resources as part of managing vicarious trauma. For Christchurch, we will be at The Psychology Hub, Suite 3/21 Leslie Hills Drive, Riccarton on Sunday the 8th of November, 10-11.30.
