Calm in a Complicated Pregnancy

Pregnancy can present challenges anyway (including difficulties actually conceiving and carrying a child), and things can get even more tricky when there are pregnancy complications.  These exercises are short, mindfulness based meditations and strategies to help you connect with your baby and increase calm feelings.
